Coiled-coil prediction
The coiled-coil prediction is done with the algorithm of Lupas et al.. The probability that a residue in a protein is part of a coiled-coil structure was assessed by comparison of its flanking sequences with sequences of known coiled-coil proteins.

Parameters
You can set the scoring matrix to use for the computation.
A weight of 2.5 can be given for positions a aand d.
You can see the result with a graphic or with colored heptads.
